Thank you for purchasing from Morris Guitar Company LLC!
Every instrument we sell is individually inspected, set up, and carefully packaged before shipping. That said, we understand that buying a guitar online can be a big decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Guitar Returns
We offer a full money-back refund on guitars purchased through our website, provided the following conditions are met:
Returns must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery.
The guitar must be returned in the same condition it was received, with no signs of wear, damage, or modification.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials must be returned.
We encourage customers to spend time with the guitar during this period to make sure it’s the right fit.
Return Approval & Shipping Timeframe
All returns must be approved by Morris Guitar Company prior to shipment.
Once approved, the returned item must be received by us within 14 days of approval.
Returns received after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
Accessories
Accessories such as strings, picks, polishes, straps, and capos are not eligible for return unless they were purchased with a guitar and are being returned together. In these cases, accessories must be unopened and unused.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received not as described.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage.
Exchanges
Due to our constantly changing inventory of used and refurbished instruments, exchanges are not available.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout and will cover the purchase price of the guitar only (excluding shipping).
